  1. It might not be helpful at all, but when I do go through these moments – quite often, I go for a run and run as if running away from something until I can’t do it anymore. This usually helps be stop thinking as I feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the run, I feel empowered. And that gives me the strength to forget whatever has been bothering me.
