Blackhole

A distant blur, beautiful lights.

Initial attraction, flying towards.

Excitedly approaching. Wait!

The pull is great, a strong grasp.

Bringing me closer, feeling clinched.

Thrashing to escape, entering fear.

Berating my mind, shredding my shell.

Panic; there is no escape.

Limps ripped and severed.

The feelings are intense,

Now yanking towards the darkness.

One chance is left, only one.

Will I take it?

Choosing to escape

From your emotional

Blackhole.

(This is another poem I’m re-writing from memory, since it was posted on a previous blog I deleted.)
